At first I though they were trying to sell a program to help nonprofit organizations raise money, but it said it was free. They said the technique was reverse marketing and the organizations would use it when participating in real estate transaction. You have to go their website for more information and their free registration. It still sounds like you'll end up having to buy something
It's interesting to see how they're using such a small market to grow into others. By first offering a free service, they open the door to establish credibility and offer more services that they would (presumably) charge for.
